INGREDIENTS
- 7 crab
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 5 tbsp m’sow ( Flour )
- 1 tbsp thick soybean sauce
- 1 lime
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 6 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp salt
METHOD
Crab Khmer Deep Fry
Wash the crab thoroughly the nail and all the hard part out, then take shell out and set aside.
Mix flour with water, then add a tablespoon of soybean sauce and beaten egg, stir well until dissolve. Pour oil into pen over the heat when hot, take crab and dip into the mixture of flour then put into boiling oil and deep fry until golden or crunchy. Remove and drain .
Prepare sauce, by pounding salt, garlic and blacked pepper together until smooth, then add lemon juice.
