For a flamekueche of 560 kcals and 34 g of protein.

            For the dough:

  • 100 g Protein Pizza
  • 100 ml water

            For the trim:

  • 80 g soy yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp. soy cream
  • 1 tbsp. apple vinegar
  • pear
  • 1 small red onion
  • 20 g nuts
  • salt, pepper, soy sprouts


  • Mix the dough preparation with the water. Let stand for 10 minutes.
  • Flour the worktop a little and flatten the dough. Arrange on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
  • Pre-bake the dough in the preheated oven at 200°C.
  • Mix the soy yoghurt, soy cream, apple vinegar, salt and pepper. Cover the flamekueche with it.
  • Cut pear and onion into thin slices and place on the flammekueche. Spread the walnuts.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes for a crispy tart. Garnish with soy sprouts or chives.
