Fried Fish with Fish Sauce

  • 1 Whole fish
  • 2tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1tsp Palm sugar
  • 100ml Water
  • 1 Green mango
  • 3-5 Shallots
  • 2 Red chillies
  • 5 Green chillies
  • 2tbsp Fried peanut
  • 3tbsp lime juice


Fried Fish with Fish Sauce

Cut green mango shallots, red chilies, red and green chilies. Add palm 50g of palm sugar and water stirring until dissolved completely and add 50g of fish sauce. Set aside heat the oil on medium heat. And then deep fried fish until golden brown.

Mix in 3tbsp of palm sugar, 3tbsp of fish sauce and lime juice. And then add green mango, shallots, red and green bird chilies, coriander leaves and fried peanut. Ready to serve.
