 Khmer beef salad

INGRENDIENT 

  • Fresh Beef (Tender of meat)
  • Long white bean
  • Tomato, Carrot, Onion, Lemon
  • Bell pepper
  • Mint any kind of mint, Digestion
  • Ginger, Citronella
  • Peanut
  • Fish paste (paste of fermented fish)
  • Garlic
  • ½ tsp Fish sauce
  • 1tsp Salt
  • Seasoning
  • Lemon

METHOD

Khmer beef salad

Wash them clean cut the fresh beefs into slices then slice lemon press it take water of lemon to mixed with fresh beefs keep about 3 minutes then wring out the fresh beefs take it in other bowl.

Citronella and bell pepper cut into slices, long white bean cut and pound it, onion, tomato and carrot, cut into slices or cut it as a flower as you like and then take it to put into bowl of beefs.

To pestle the garlic and ginger into tiny pieces and take out, put into the bowl of lemon water that gets from press beefs.

Put the pan on the cooker then put the lemon water that mixed already, fish paste and boil it, stir until destroy of fish paste. Then put the beefs, when put the beefs please put out fire of cooker because this food has not been cooked enough and then pour fish sauce, put a little salt and seasoning stir a whole of pan and the last step taste as you like and sprinkle the many kind of mint and digestion.
