INGREDIENT
- 6 of Prawns
- 200 g Glass Noodles
- 20g Spring Onion
- 50g Chinese Celery
- 5 Ginger, peeled and sliced
- 2tbsp Garlic Chopped
- 2tbsp Coriander roots chopped
- 2tbsp Oil
- 1tbsp Soy sauce
- 1tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1tsp Sager
- 1tsp Sesame oil
- 1tsp White pepper
- 1/2 Cup water
METHOD
Khmer Casseroled Prawns with Glass Noodles
Mix the soy sauce, sugar, oyster sauce, sesame oil, dark soy sauce, white pepper and water.
Heat oil in a pot and stir fry the garlic, coriander roots, ginger and glass noodles and sauce mixture stirring to combine add the prawns, Chinese celery and spring onion cover the pot.
Cooks them around 2minute on low heat. Ready to serve hot.
