INGREDAINT
- 2 Cups cook rice
- 5 – 10 Shrimp peeled into-veined or Pork
- ½ cup onion dice into maybe1cm
- ¼ cup carrot dice into 1cm
- ¼ cup green pea
- ¼ cup roast cashew nut
- 1tbsp garlic minced
- 2tbsp soy sauce
- 1tsp sugar
- 1tsp white pepper
- 1tsp curry powder
- 2tbsp vegetable oil
METHOD
Khmer Pineapple Fried Rice
Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. And add onion and garlic stir fry maybe about 2-3 minutes, add shrimp, green pea, and carrot stirring constantly about 3-4 minutes.
Add rice and pineapple seasoning and with soy sauce, sugar, pepper and curry powder.
Finally, add raisin and roast cashew nut. Mix well serve into a pineapple shell. Ready to serve.
