Khmer Pineapple Fried Rice

INGREDAINT

  • 2 Cups cook rice
  • 5 – 10 Shrimp peeled into-veined or Pork
  • ½ cup onion dice into maybe1cm
  • ¼ cup carrot dice into 1cm
  • ¼ cup green pea
  • ¼ cup roast cashew nut
  • 1tbsp garlic minced
  • 2tbsp soy sauce
  • 1tsp sugar
  • 1tsp white pepper
  • 1tsp curry powder
  • 2tbsp vegetable oil

METHOD

Khmer Pineapple Fried Rice

Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. And add onion and garlic stir fry maybe about 2-3 minutes, add shrimp, green pea, and carrot stirring constantly about 3-4 minutes.

Add rice and pineapple seasoning and with soy sauce, sugar, pepper and curry powder.

Finally, add raisin and roast cashew nut. Mix well serve into a pineapple shell. Ready to serve.
