  • 150 g yoghurt (1.5% fat)
  • 40 g Protein muesli with blueberries and tiger nuts
  • 0.5 banana
  • 5 physalis
  • 0.25 pitaya
  • 1 b.w.            Protein Spread Duo
  • 1 handful White Chia Seeds

Preparation

  • In a bowl, pour the yogurt and then all the other ingredients and enjoy.
  • Our tip: Heat the Duo Spread in a bain-marie to coat the bowl with a thin stream of Spread.
