  • 100 g Protein Pasta
  • 100 g eggplant
  • 150 g tomato sauce (Italian style)
  • 10 g coconut oil
  • mildly basilic


  • Cook the pasta al dente following the instructions on the package.
  • Cut the eggplant into small pieces and fry in coconut oil. Set aside.
  • Heat the tomato sauce in the pan with the eggplant. Add the pasta and mix.
  • Garnish with fresh basil
  • Enjoy your meal!
