- 100 g Protein Pasta
- 100 g eggplant
- 150 g tomato sauce (Italian style)
- 10 g coconut oil
- mildly basilic
- Cook the pasta al dente following the instructions on the package.
- Cut the eggplant into small pieces and fry in coconut oil. Set aside.
- Heat the tomato sauce in the pan with the eggplant. Add the pasta and mix.
- Garnish with fresh basil
- Enjoy your meal!
