Prahok Dipping Sauce With Pors Ko

Ingredients

  • Pors Ko
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • ½tbsp MSG
  • 1-2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 3-5 Spring Onion
  • 2 tbsp Oils
  • Fresh Milk
  • Fresh Vegetables: Water grenn vegetable, Cucumber, Cabbage, Carrots, Young Bananas, Tomatoes, long bean, Onions.

METHOD

Boil the hot, warm, lemon juice to cool, and then burn the Pors Ko with all the spices mixed together, including Fresh milk.
Put the stewed Pors Ko in the barbecue to cook as needed. Boiled Pors Ko boiled well.
Serve with prepared vegetables and water.
Prepare homemade Lemon grass stalk, peanuts and soem red chili.

How to make fresh water Prahok

  • 300g of Prahok fish (Fish meat)
  • 1tbsp of fish sauce
  • 3tbsp sweet milk
  • 1tbsp Sugar
  • ½tbsp MSG
  • 1tbsp lim juice or vinegar
  • 15g Lemon grass stalk
  • 3-5 Red chili
  • 10g Peanut hit

METHOD

Prahok fish , shredded or grinded to fine powder.

Mix the ingredients together and mix them with sweet milk to stir it up to make it white. Add sugar and red chili.
Prepare sugar, beetroot, Lemon grass stalk, red chili, and peaches for later additions.
